Tim Cahalane MSCSI MRICS
Director

Tim Cahalane has over 40 years experience in the construction industry with extensive experience across all sectors. Tim sucessful fulfilled the role of lead cost consultant on the recently completed Nano Nagle Place (South Presentation Convent) in Cork City, the new West Pharmceutical Facility in Waterford and on various refurbishment projects in the Mercy University Hospital Cork. Over his career Tim has cost controlled costs on prestigious projects in both the public and private sectors including Healthcare facilities, large third level educational projects and various substantial commercial projects. Tim also has specific expertise in managing costs on large scale pharmaceutical projects, and natural gas national infrastructure works. Tim has extensive knowledge of Public Works Contracts having recently completed a number of public sector projects. Tim is a professional member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and is on the SCSI panel for assessing the competence of new member applicants. Tim has also undertaken the role of an external examiner for the Bachelor of Science Degree Course in Quantity Surveying at Cork Institute of Technology.

Austin Lynch MSCSI MRICS
Director

Austin has over 25 years experience across various sectors of the construction industry. Austin is currently providing specialist cost / procurement advice to a global pharmaceutical company who is currently expanding its facilities world-wide. Austin has acted as contracts administrator on major pharmaceutical projects and has recently managed and controlled costs on prestigious projects in the commercial, educational and healthcare sectors. Austin has extensive knowledge of various procurement methods, including Traditional Tendering, Negotiated Contracts, Design & Build, Construction Management and Management Contracting and also acted as Project Controller on a large Oil & Gas Project. Austin is a professional member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Austin is a trained SCSI guidance counsellor and has acted as an assessor for the Assessment of Professional Competence for new member applicants.

James O'Keeffe MSCSI MRICS
Associate Director

James has 20 years specific expertise in Budget Estimating, Accurate Cost Planning, Value Engineering and Preparation of Tender Documentation and performed the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor on the recently completed Nano Nagle Place (South Presentation Convent) in Cork City and the new West Pharmaceutical facility in Waterford. In the past James has managed costs across a wide spectrum of building and civil engineering projects including Cork University Maternity Hospital, Nenagh Couthouse Refurbishment and the Nimbus Centre at Cork Institute of Technology.
